[Abstract]:As a new social model for entrepreneurs, what kind of managerial help can private Dong provide to them? And how to improve the leadership of entrepreneurs? If the CEO has a difficult knot in their hearts, will they talk to their wives or share it with the executives below? I'm afraid not. The legendary "private board", in a wiser, more intimate way, allows entrepreneurs from above to speak out and find the "golden key" that opens the knot. At the same time help them to sublimate the mind and knowledge. As an "entrepreneur crowdfunding" model, the private board of directors has developed rapidly into a new one since it was introduced from the United States in 2009 by the Bund Board of Directors, private communicator and founder of leading consultancy Lan Gang.
