【摘要】：文章根據(jù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)理論演進(jìn)的脈絡(luò)提出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為的本質(zhì)是影響人的情緒而獲得追隨者,認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是可以培養(yǎng)和傳授的,并且可以通過(guò)情商工具提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力具有三個(gè)層次:個(gè)人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,可以用三個(gè)字來(lái)代表:人、從、眾。依據(jù)情商理論提出了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力締造模型。
[Abstract]:According to the evolution of leadership theory, this paper puts forward that the essence of leadership behavior is to influence people's emotions and gain followers. It is believed that leadership can be cultivated and imparted, and can be promoted through emotional quotient tools. There are three levels of leadership: personal leadership, team leadership, organizational leadership, can be represented in three words: people, follow, crowd. According to the theory of EQ, the model of leadership creation is put forward.
