【摘要】：構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)是我黨十六大報(bào)告提出的目標(biāo)。傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式存在與學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)不相適應(yīng)的弊病,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者必須變革領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式,適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的要求。
[Abstract]:Building a learning society is the goal put forward in the report of the 16th National Congress of our Party. The traditional leadership mode has the disadvantage which does not adapt to the learning society, the leader must change the leadership way, adapts to the learning society request.
