【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)健康是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)角色政治競爭力的生理基礎(chǔ),健康狀況設(shè)定了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)現(xiàn)實競爭力的限度,影響著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者社會支持的力度,深刻而潛在地制約了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者決策選擇的自主度。對于保持健康,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)力求保持科學(xué)和理性的態(tài)度,既不諱疾忌醫(yī),以工作忙和汲汲于職務(wù)晉升而損害、忽略健康,又不因為自恃擁有較好的醫(yī)療條件而輕視健康,而應(yīng)從培養(yǎng)良好的生活習(xí)慣和遵循正確的醫(yī)療常識做起。
[Abstract]:The health of leadership is the physiological basis of the political competitiveness of the leading role. The health condition sets the limits of the real competitiveness of the leader, affects the strength of the leader's social support, and restricts the autonomy of the leader's decision and choice deeply and potentially. To maintain their health, leaders should strive to maintain a scientific and rational attitude. They should neither deny that they are afraid of medical treatment, do harm to their work and work hard for promotion, neglect health, and do not despise health because they believe they have better medical conditions. We should start by cultivating good living habits and following correct medical knowledge.
