【摘要】：針對災害事件的多階段演化特征,研究多階段應急群決策方法。在復雜的決策環(huán)境下,為了解決決策專家難以對應急方案進行準確評價的問題,允許專家以殘缺精確數(shù)與殘缺模糊數(shù)判斷矩陣給出偏好信息;而且,多階段應急群決策模型通過構建目標規(guī)劃模型對決策專家進行分階段賦權,并解得各決策階段下群體的方案偏好,最后通過求解決策階段權重,獲取全局群體偏好最優(yōu)解。應用于危險化學品液態(tài)苯泄漏的應急處置案例驗證了該方法的可行性與有效性。
[Abstract]:According to the multi-stage evolution characteristics of disaster events, the multi-stage emergency group decision making method is studied. In the complex decision-making environment, in order to solve the problem that it is difficult for decision experts to evaluate the emergency plan accurately, experts are allowed to give preference information by the judgment matrix of incomplete exact number and incomplete fuzzy number. The multi-stage emergency group decision model gives weight to the decision expert in stages by constructing the goal programming model, and solves the group preference in each decision stage. Finally, the optimal solution of global group preference is obtained by solving the weight of the decision-making stage. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method have been verified by the case of emergency disposal of hazardous chemical liquid benzene leakage.
