女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究綜述

【摘要】:在女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者迅速崛起的時(shí)代背景下,對(duì)女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究尚未呈現(xiàn)出相應(yīng)的勃發(fā)之姿。通過全面考察我國(guó)與國(guó)外女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究文獻(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果各有所長(zhǎng),其研究核心都指向?qū)ε灶I(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展障礙的關(guān)注。透析女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的發(fā)展障礙,探索女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的成長(zhǎng)路徑,在理論層面上是對(duì)女性研究的拓展和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究領(lǐng)域的豐富,在實(shí)踐層面上有助于發(fā)掘女性人力資源潛質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力效用最大化,營(yíng)造和諧平等的性別文明。
[Abstract]:In the background of the rapid rise of female leaders, the research on female leadership has not yet shown the corresponding posture. Through a comprehensive review of the literature on female leadership in China and abroad, it is found that the research results at home and abroad have their own strengths, the core of which is to focus on the obstacles to the development of female leadership. Analyzing the obstacles in the development of female leadership, exploring the growth path of female leadership is the expansion of women's research and the enrichment of leadership research field in theory, and it is helpful to explore the potential of women's human resources in practice. To maximize the effectiveness of female leadership and create a harmonious and equal gender civilization.
