【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者試圖通過實際的變革體現(xiàn)自己的意圖,這要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要有足夠的能力和智慧在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與他們的追隨者之間達(dá)成均衡,因此領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力就是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與追隨者之間具有影響性的相互關(guān)系。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是關(guān)于如何成功領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的學(xué)問,一個人是復(fù)雜的,一個領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者更加復(fù)雜,成功領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要解決方方面面的矛盾,同各種人和事情打交道,任何一種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)理論不可能窮盡領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者工作的所有領(lǐng)域,因此也就是盲人摸象,研究在某個時刻某個空間領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者展示的獨(dú)特行為。本文在分析領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合利用領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的指導(dǎo)思想,借用了北京華旗公司的六贏理念,提出了六贏領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。
[Abstract]:Leaders try to reflect their intentions through actual change, which requires that leaders have the ability and wisdom to balance leaders with their followers, so leaders must have leadership. Leadership is an influential relationship between a leader and a follower. Leadership is the knowledge of how to lead successfully, a person is complex, a leader is more complex, successful leaders have to solve all kinds of contradictions, deal with a variety of people and things, Any kind of leadership theory cannot exhaust all the fields of leader's work, so it is to study the unique behavior of a leader in a certain space at a certain time. Based on the analysis of leadership and the guiding ideology of using leadership, this paper borrows the six-win concept of Beijing Hua-qi Company, and puts forward the six-win leadership.
