【摘要】：系統(tǒng)闡述了共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)概念演進(jìn)、關(guān)鍵詞辨析、結(jié)構(gòu)與測量;分層面歸納了共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)動(dòng)因及影響;從理論建構(gòu)、結(jié)構(gòu)與測量、邊界確定、實(shí)證研究、分工與協(xié)作、情境因素等方面展望了共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically expounds the evolution of the concept of shared leadership, key words discrimination, structure and measurement, induces the motivation and influence of shared leadership from different levels, from theoretical construction, structure and measurement, boundary determination, empirical research, division of labor and collaboration. The research direction of shared leadership in the future is prospected in the aspect of situational factors.
