【摘要】：我們中華民族以歷史悠久而著稱于世。我們黨在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)革命、建設(shè)和改革的過程中,一貫重視對歷史經(jīng)驗的借鑒和運用。毛澤東同志多次要求全黨要學(xué)習(xí)歷史。江澤民同志也多次強調(diào):“以史為鑒,可以知興替。”雖然歷史不可能向我們提供解決某個難題的現(xiàn)成答案,但卻能啟發(fā)我們處理現(xiàn)實問題可以遵循的某種思路。學(xué)習(xí)歷史貴在領(lǐng)會精神實質(zhì),真正使“古”能為“今”所用,眼睛要緊緊盯在一個“用”字上。該欄目文章的基本要求是:以治國安邦的方略為主要內(nèi)容,重點寫可供借鑒的方法藝術(shù)。有關(guān)人物素質(zhì)上的獨特性以及為人處世方面的軼聞趣事,只要有意義、有趣味,都可以提及。一定要明確文章主要是寫給各級各類領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部看的�！拌b前世之興衰,考當(dāng)今之得失,嘉善矜惡,取是舍非”(司馬光:《進通鑒書表》)。只有可“鑒”,才能達到“資治”的目的。《諸葛亮剛?cè)嵯酀闹\略》屬引玉之作,歡迎作者賜稿。
[Abstract]:Our Chinese nation is famous for its long history. In the process of leading revolution, construction and reform, our party has always attached importance to the use of historical experience. Comrade Mao Zedong has repeatedly demanded that the whole party study history. Comrade Jiang Zemin has also stressed on many occasions: "take history as a mirror, you can learn from it." History cannot provide us with a ready answer to a problem, but it can inspire us to follow a certain way of thinking about real problems. To study history is to grasp the essence of spirit, to make "ancient" use "today", and to keep eyes on the word "use". The basic requirement of this column article is: the main content is the general plan of ruling the country and the country, the emphasis is to write the method art which can be used for reference. The uniqueness of the character and the anecdotes about how to deal with the world can be mentioned as long as they are meaningful and interesting. It must be made clear that the article is mainly written to all kinds of leading cadres at all levels to read.
