【摘要】：堅(jiān)定不移地以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展全局,是黨的十六屆五中全會(huì)提出的時(shí)代要求。各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部應(yīng)該緊密結(jié)合工作實(shí)際,自覺進(jìn)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式的現(xiàn)實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變;在價(jià)值取向上,實(shí)現(xiàn)從“重物”向“重人”的轉(zhuǎn)變;在工作實(shí)踐上,實(shí)現(xiàn)從“單一”向“全面”的轉(zhuǎn)變;在政績評(píng)價(jià)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)從“即時(shí)”向“歷史”的轉(zhuǎn)變。只有這樣才能更好地增強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,為實(shí)現(xiàn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十一個(gè)五年規(guī)劃與全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的宏偉目標(biāo)而奮斗。
[Abstract]:Unswervingly guiding the overall situation of economic and social development with the scientific development view is the requirement of the times put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. Leading cadres at all levels should closely combine the reality of work, consciously carry out the realistic transformation of leadership style, realize the transition from "heavy objects" to "emphasizing people" in value orientation, and realize the transition from "single" to "comprehensive" in work practice. In the performance evaluation, realize the change from "instant" to "history". Only in this way can we strengthen our leadership ability and strive to realize the grand goal of the 11th five-year plan of national economic and social development and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.
