中層干部關(guān)鍵要“頂天立地”

【摘要】:正中層干部是單位組織發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,承擔(dān)著參與、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)督的重要職責(zé)。作為中層干部,扮演好自己的角色,履行好自己的職責(zé),是實(shí)現(xiàn)組織目標(biāo)、展現(xiàn)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、晉升職位的前提條件。如何才能做好中層,一些中層干部還有諸多困惑。結(jié)合實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和學(xué)習(xí)研究,筆者認(rèn)為,做好中層,關(guān)鍵是要"頂天立地"。
[Abstract]:Middle-level cadres are the backbone of the organizational development of units, assuming the important responsibility of participation, execution and supervision. As a middle-level cadre, it is a prerequisite to realize the organizational goal, to show the organizational leadership ability and to promote the position by playing a good role and performing one's own duties. How to do well middle-level, some middle-level cadres still have a lot of confusion. Combined with practical experience and study, the author believes that the key to do a good middle level is to "stand above the sky".
