【摘要】：人本思想古已有之,但那時卻更多地烙上了工具性標(biāo)記。以人為本作為人本思想的本質(zhì),是人的目的與手段的統(tǒng)一。從“政本”(或“邦本”)到“人本”的轉(zhuǎn)變,是統(tǒng)治演化為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的根本標(biāo)志。人本領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在其價(jià)值觀、權(quán)力觀與服務(wù)觀的假設(shè)上,與傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論有根本性區(qū)別。人本領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論創(chuàng)新、積累并推動和諧社會實(shí)踐變革的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The humanistic thought existed in ancient times, but at that time it was more marked with tools. As the essence of humanism, people-oriented is the unity of human purpose and means. The change from "political basis" (or "Bonben") to "humanistic" is the basic symbol of the evolution of rule into leadership. Humanistic leadership is fundamentally different from traditional leadership in its values, power and service assumptions. Human-oriented leadership is the result of innovation of leadership theory, accumulation and promotion of practice reform in a harmonious society.
