【摘要】：拍什么板定什么案,從表象上看是由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者決定的,但實(shí)質(zhì)上體現(xiàn)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與群眾主體雙方的相互作用力。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者通過(guò)拍板定案決定群眾應(yīng)該做什么和不該做什么,群眾決定領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者拍板定案的性質(zhì)和成敗。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者所作出的決策只有符合廣大人民群眾的意志和利益,才具備方向上的正確性、內(nèi)容上的科學(xué)性和實(shí)施上的順利性。
[Abstract]:It is decided by the leader from the aspect of appearance, but it reflects the interaction between the leader and the main body of the masses in essence. Leaders decide what the masses should and should not do by making decisions, and the masses decide the nature and success of the decisions. Only if the decision made by leaders conforms to the will and interests of the masses, can they be correct in direction, scientific in content and smooth in implementation.
