把握決策的三個(gè)維度:問題、權(quán)限和時(shí)機(jī)

【摘要】:問題、權(quán)限和時(shí)機(jī)是一項(xiàng)決策的三個(gè)基本方面,把握的恰當(dāng)與否對(duì)決策的效果影響極大。為了確保做出有效的決策,管理者不僅要抓住問題的實(shí)質(zhì),還要注意克服自己性格中的弱點(diǎn),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,適時(shí)做出決策。各級(jí)各類管理者應(yīng)該清楚自己在一項(xiàng)具體決策中的作用,該自己決策的一定要拿主意,不該自己做的決策,可以提建議,通常不要隨便替別人拍板。
[Abstract]:Problem, authority and timing are three basic aspects of a decision. In order to make effective decision, managers should not only grasp the essence of the problem, but also pay attention to overcoming the weakness of their own character, and find the problem in time and make the decision in time. Managers at all levels should be aware of their role in a specific decision. They must make decisions, make decisions that should not be made by themselves, make suggestions, and usually not make decisions for others.
