【摘要】：威脅評(píng)估是作戰(zhàn)系統(tǒng)需要完成的功能之一 ,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)指揮控制系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化是非常重要的。威脅評(píng)估涉及的因素比較多 ,目前還沒有統(tǒng)一的方法。威脅評(píng)估實(shí)際上是一個(gè)推理、決策的行為 ,而決策理論為推理、決策提供了理論方法。根據(jù)威脅評(píng)估和多屬性決策的特點(diǎn) ,提出了基于多屬性決策的威脅評(píng)估模型和方法 ,應(yīng)用隸屬函數(shù)及逼近于理想的排序法 (TOPSIS)分析 ,并通過示例說明應(yīng)用多屬性決策的威脅評(píng)估方法。
[Abstract]:Threat assessment is one of the functions that need to be completed in combat systems, and it is very important to automate command and control systems. There are many factors involved in threat assessment, and there is no uniform method. Threat assessment is actually a behavior of reasoning and decision making, and decision theory provides a theoretical method for reasoning and decision making. According to the characteristics of threat assessment and multi-attribute decision making, a threat assessment model and method based on multi-attribute decision making is proposed, and the membership function and (TOPSIS) method, which is close to the ideal ranking method, is applied to analyze the threat assessment. An example is given to illustrate the threat assessment method of multi-attribute decision-making.
