【摘要】：本文通過對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素質(zhì)評價失誤的分析 ,提出導(dǎo)致領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素質(zhì)評價失誤的主要原因是缺乏規(guī)范的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、理論研究不夠深入、評價主體的認(rèn)識偏差等因素。并試圖探討領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素質(zhì)評價的有效途徑
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the errors in the evaluation of leaders' quality, this paper points out that the main reasons leading to the errors in the evaluation of leaders' qualities are the lack of a standardized evaluation standard system, the lack of in-depth theoretical research, and the cognitive deviation of the evaluation subjects. And try to explore the effective way of leadership quality evaluation.
