中國道德領導的結構與測量初探

【摘要】：在現有理論的基礎上,對道德領導在中國情境下具有的內涵進行了深層次的探討,并在反復檢驗和修訂的基礎上發(fā)展了中國道德領導的測量工具。研究表明:中國道德領導是一個三因素結構,包括道德品質、尊重與包容、道德獎懲3個維度;基于中國道德領導的內涵編制了中國道德領導問卷(CELQ),數據結果顯示該問卷的各項指標都達到了心理測量學的要求,具有較高的可靠性和有效性,項目設計科學合理。
[Abstract]:On the basis of existing theories, this paper probes deeply into the connotation of moral leadership in Chinese context, and develops a measuring tool for Chinese moral leadership on the basis of repeated tests and revisions. Based on the connotation of China's moral leadership, the Chinese Moral Leadership Questionnaire (CELQ) was compiled. The results show that all the indicators of the questionnaire meet the requirements of psychometrics, and the project design is scientific and reasonable.
