【摘要】：本文綜合了國內外核心刊物上有關真誠領導的研究文獻,綜述了其概念發(fā)展、影響效應及機制,對研究現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,并在最后總結現(xiàn)有的研究成果,評述真誠領導理論的發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:This paper synthesizes the research literature about sincere leadership in core journals at home and abroad, summarizes its concept development, influence effect and mechanism, analyzes the present research situation, and finally summarizes the existing research results. Comment on the development space of sincere leadership theory.
