【摘要】：正 "當斷不斷,反受其亂"。司馬遷的這句警世名言,不知引導多少人走向成功的彼岸。然而,果斷在其踐行的過程中,卻與武斷只有_步之遙。那么,怎樣才能做到果斷而不武斷呢?這恐怕是許多決策者感到迷惑的地方。為此,筆者試對果斷與武斷作一些辨析,供決策者們參考。其一,基本特征的差異。作為認識,果斷是以充分的真實的感性材料為基礎作出的主客觀一致的正確判斷;而武斷往往是以零碎的、表面的、片面的感性材料為依據(jù),作出的主客觀不一致的錯誤判斷。其二,情況明與情況不明的差異。人們之所以果斷,敢迅即下定決心,是以"情況明"為前提的,
[Abstract]:He is "in constant judgment, but in disarray". Si Maqian's famous saying, I do not know how many people lead to success on the other side. Decisiveness, however, is only a step away from arbitrariness in its practice. So how can we be decisive and not arbitrary? This, I'm afraid, confuses many policy makers. Therefore, the author tries to make some discriminations between decisiveness and arbitrariness for the reference of decision makers. First, the difference of basic characteristics. As an understanding, decisiveness is a subjective, objective and consistent judgment based on sufficient and real perceptual materials, while arbitrariness is often based on piecemeal, superficial and one-sided perceptual materials. Second, the difference between the situation and the situation is unclear. The reason why people are decisive and dare to make up their minds immediately is on the premise that the situation is clear.
