【摘要】：“卓越領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”理論是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論發(fā)展的最新階段,已成為當(dāng)今領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)研究的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論大致可以分為特質(zhì)理論、行為理論、權(quán)變理論、變革理論和卓越理論等階段,分別研究追隨能力、直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、權(quán)變領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、變革領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力到卓越領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,體現(xiàn)了理論研究的歷史與邏輯的統(tǒng)一。在組織層次中,每一更高職位層次所需要的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力都是在較低層次的能力基礎(chǔ)之上的發(fā)展和提高,這使得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展成為一種連續(xù)的、更加復(fù)雜的發(fā)展過(guò)程,需要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者不斷調(diào)整和“突破”,承擔(dān)新的角色。
[Abstract]:The theory of "outstanding leadership" is the latest stage of the development of leadership theory and has become a key issue in the research of leadership science. The leadership theory can be divided into three stages: trait theory, behavior theory, contingency theory, change theory and excellence theory. It embodies the unity of history and logic of theoretical research. At the organizational level, the leadership skills required for each higher level of position are developed and improved on the basis of lower levels of competence, which makes leadership career development a continuous and more complex process of development. Leaders need to constantly adjust and "break through" to assume a new role.
