【摘要】：注意力在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動過程中占據(jù)很重要的位置 ,對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動有著十分深刻的影響。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)注意力是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的重要組成部分 ,具有選擇功能、配置功能、調(diào)節(jié)和監(jiān)督功能。實施注意力領(lǐng)導(dǎo) ,除了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)具備良好的注意力品質(zhì) ,關(guān)鍵在于如何開發(fā)、組織、使用好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動過程中主體的注意力。
[Abstract]:Attention occupies a very important position in the process of leadership activities and has a profound impact on leadership activities. Leadership attention is an important part of leadership, with the function of selection, configuration, regulation and supervision. In order to implement attention leadership, besides leaders should have good attention quality, the key lies in how to develop, organize and use the attention of the main body in the process of leadership activities.
