【摘要】：治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化,是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)全面深化改革的思維體系、話語(yǔ)體系和制度體系中的一個(gè)核心范疇,是一個(gè)重大的理論創(chuàng)新。推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力的現(xiàn)代化,為研究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)和實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出了嶄新的重大課題。各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)更新觀念,轉(zhuǎn)變方式,樹立一系列與治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化相適應(yīng)的新思維新方法。
[Abstract]:The modernization of governance system and governance ability is a core category of the Communist Party of China's thinking system, discourse system and system to deepen the reform in an all-round way. It is also a great theoretical innovation. To promote the modernization of national governance system and governance ability, a new and important subject has been put forward for the research and realization of scientific leadership. Leaders at all levels should renew their ideas, change their ways and set up a series of new thinking methods that are suitable for the modernization of governance system and ability.
