【摘要】：正 決策風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是指由于決策者客觀環(huán)境的不確定性、決策活動(dòng)的復(fù)雜性和決策者能力的有限性而導(dǎo)致決策活動(dòng)的實(shí)際效果達(dá)不到預(yù)期效果,甚至導(dǎo)致決策活動(dòng)失敗的可能性。而決策風(fēng)險(xiǎn)素質(zhì)則是決策的主體為完成決策職能所必須具備的主觀條件。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)素質(zhì)是新世紀(jì)影響決策者決策績(jī)效的內(nèi)在決定性因素。一、提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)的水平
[Abstract]:The positive decision risk refers to the uncertainty of the objective environment of the decision-maker, the complexity of the decision making activities and the limited ability of the decision-maker, which leads to the fact that the actual effect of the decision-making activity can not reach the expected effect, even the possibility of the failure of the decision making activities.
