【摘要】：決策中個體差異的研究有助于進一步檢驗和深化傳統(tǒng)決策理論。文章回顧了近十年決策個體差異研究的主要變量(人格、認(rèn)知能力、認(rèn)知風(fēng)格和年齡)和研究結(jié)果,并簡要總結(jié)了該類研究的背景、研究范式和理論意義。這些研究一致發(fā)現(xiàn)個體差異變量對決策過程、決策表現(xiàn)等具有影響作用,說明個體差異與決策加工中復(fù)雜的人-情境間聯(lián)系有關(guān)。文章提出,未來研究應(yīng)該綜合考慮決策情境、情緒和決策主體的理論模型,以期對個體差異在決策中的作用做出更好解釋。
[Abstract]:The study of individual differences in decision-making is helpful to further test and deepen the traditional decision-making theory. This paper reviews the main variables (personality, cognitive ability, cognitive style and age) and the results of the research on individual differences in decision-making in recent ten years, and briefly summarizes the background, research paradigm and theoretical significance of this kind of research. These studies have consistently found that individual diversity variables have an impact on decision-making process and decision-making performance, which indicates that individual differences are related to the complex human-situation relationship in decision-making processing. This paper suggests that future research should consider the theoretical models of decision context, emotion and decision makers in order to better explain the role of individual differences in decision-making.
