【摘要】：正對于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策,下屬在落實(shí)時(shí)很可能打折扣,有的下屬甚至固執(zhí)己見,抵制領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確決策和安排部署。聰明的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)遇到這種情況時(shí),往往是采取攻心的方法巧妙地說服下屬。
[Abstract]:For the leadership decision, subordinates are likely to discount the implementation, some even clinging to their own views, resist the leadership of the correct decisions and arrangements. When a wise leader encounters such a situation, he often deftly persuades his subordinates by attacking his mind.
