【摘要】：基于組織基本組成元素(決策者、平臺(tái)和任務(wù))的定義描述了組織協(xié)作網(wǎng)與決策樹。通過(guò)對(duì)組織協(xié)作網(wǎng)與決策樹的描述分析提出了組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的新思路:基于決策個(gè)體在任務(wù)上的協(xié)作關(guān)系設(shè)計(jì)最佳的決策樹(組織決策的層次結(jié)構(gòu))。并描述了從組織協(xié)作網(wǎng)到?jīng)Q策樹的生成過(guò)程,對(duì)生成過(guò)程的求解采用了優(yōu)化協(xié)作樹算法。針對(duì)案例對(duì)決策樹的產(chǎn)生進(jìn)行了求解和分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the definition of basic organizational elements (decision maker, platform and task), the organization collaboration network and decision tree are described. Based on the description and analysis of the organization cooperation network and the decision tree, a new idea of organizational structure design is put forward: the best decision tree (hierarchical structure of organizational decision) is designed based on the cooperative relationship of decision making individual on the task. The generation process from the organization cooperation network to the decision tree is described, and the optimal cooperative tree algorithm is used to solve the generation process. The generation of decision tree is solved and analyzed by case study.
