【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作的“粗”與“細(xì)”朱建華在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法和風(fēng)格上，有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者性格豪放、處事粗放，舉重若輕（這里統(tǒng)稱“粗”），有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者作風(fēng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、辦事細(xì)膩，，舉輕若重（這里統(tǒng)稱“細(xì)”）。同一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，在不同場合對相同或不同事物的處理，有時“粗”有時又“細(xì)”。為什么他們都能...
[Abstract]:The "coarse" and "fine" Zhu Jianhua of the leadership work, in terms of their leadership methods and styles, are characterized by unrestrained character, extensive handling of affairs, and light lifting of weight (here collectively referred to as "rough", some leaders have a rigorous style of work and are delicate in handling affairs.
