本文選題：如何做好 + 正職　； 參考：《改革與戰(zhàn)略》2003年09期

【摘要】：正 對(duì)于剛剛競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗的副科長(zhǎng)來(lái)說(shuō),如何做好一名副手,如何與正職處理好各方面關(guān)系,是每一位新任副科長(zhǎng)在工作中面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,值得認(rèn)真探討。以下是本人對(duì)如何做好一名副手的幾點(diǎn)想法: 一、處理好正副關(guān)系,以職責(zé)為先 副手一定要把握好與正職相處的分寸,認(rèn)清職責(zé),嚴(yán)守職責(zé),履行好職責(zé)。一是要認(rèn)清形勢(shì)。常言說(shuō),識(shí)時(shí)務(wù)者為俊杰。與正職相處,前提是必須認(rèn)清所在集體的總體形勢(shì),認(rèn)清正職的要求和需要,認(rèn)清周?chē)娜穗H關(guān)系和個(gè)人狀態(tài)。但是,認(rèn)清形勢(shì),并不是要求副手刻意迎合正職,一味附和正職,而是要求副手在工作上嚴(yán)格按照職責(zé)
[Abstract]:For the deputy section chief who has just competed for the post, how to be a deputy and how to deal with all aspects of the relationship with the post is the realistic problem that every new deputy chief faces in his work, and it is worth discussing seriously. The following are my thoughts on how to do a good job of a deputy: first, deal with the relationship between principal and deputy, take the duty as the first deputy must grasp the proper proportion with the official duty, clearly understand the duty, strictly observe the duty, perform the duty well. First, we must clearly understand the situation. As the saying goes, he who knows the times is a handsome man. The premise of getting along with a proper job is to recognize the overall situation of the collective, the requirements and needs of the right job, and the interpersonal relationship and personal state around it. However, a clear understanding of the situation is not a requirement for deputies to deliberately cater to their proper duties, but rather for deputies to act in strict accordance with their duties.
