【摘要】：一把手工作的“四部曲”李奕權在深化改革和發(fā)展社會主義市場經濟的新時期，黨委要保證科學領導，必須做到民主決策、科學決策。據(jù)筆者的實踐，認為“議、決、行、查”是做到這一點的“四部曲”。“議”和“決”在一把手的決策思維中是一個統(tǒng)一體�！白h”是“決”的基礎。...
[Abstract]:In the new period of deepening the reform and developing the socialist market economy, the Party committee must make democratic decision and make scientific decision in order to ensure scientific leadership. According to the author's practice, the author thinks that "discussion, decision, action, investigation" is the "four-part" to do this. "discussion" and "decision" are a unity in the decision-making thinking of the leader. Discussion is the basis of decision.
