【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者“挑剔心理”的成因及矯正管民樺“挑剔心理”是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在處理上下級關(guān)系過程中形成的一種病態(tài)心理。有些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不注重心理素質(zhì)的修養(yǎng)，凡事皆以我為中心，頤指氣使，對下級求全責(zé)備、冷嘲熱諷，久而久之就罹患了“挑剔成癖”的疾癥。這種心理疾病輕則致使上下級之間難...
[Abstract]:The cause of leader's "picky psychology" and the correction of Guan Nianhua's "picky psychology" is a kind of morbid psychology formed in the process of dealing with the relationship between superior and subordinate. Some leaders do not pay attention to the cultivation of psychological quality, take me as the center of everything, inveigle, reproach and ridicule their subordinates. Over time, they suffer from the disease of "picky and obsessive." This mild mental illness makes it difficult to be between superiors and inferiors.
