【摘要】：在二元選擇下 ,測(cè)算加權(quán)投票制的表決權(quán)的大小有兩種廣泛被接受的方法 ,即 Shapley-Shubik指數(shù)法與 Banzhaf指數(shù)法 ,但它們都不能解決多備選方案或多候選人時(shí)決策個(gè)體的權(quán)力問(wèn)題 .通過(guò)建立計(jì)算不同群體偏好序差異的測(cè)度模型 ,以及將其轉(zhuǎn)換為無(wú)向圖上最短路的計(jì)算 ,從而提出了無(wú)論被選方案或候選人是兩個(gè)還是兩個(gè)以上的加權(quán)投票制下決策個(gè)體權(quán)力的計(jì)算方法 ,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析
[Abstract]:Under the dual choice, there are two widely accepted methods to measure the voting power of weighted voting system, namely, Shapley-Shubik index method and Banzhaf index method. But neither of them can solve the power of decision-makers in multi-options or multi-candidates. By establishing a measure model to calculate the difference of preference order between different groups and converting it into the shortest path on undirected graph, The method of calculating the individual power of decision making under the weighted voting system, whether the selected scheme or the candidate is two or more than two, is put forward, and an example is analyzed.
