【摘要】:正領導批評下屬是幫助下屬改正錯誤、修正偏差的重要手段。領導批評下屬可謂天經(jīng)地義,下屬常常也知道領導批評得有道理,但是批評卻往往達不到預期效果,經(jīng)常陷入一個南轅北轍的怪圈——批評的結果與初衷大相徑庭,有時會適得其反,起到固化甚至加劇錯誤的后果,也就是俗話常說的"越咸越放鹽"。這看似悖論,其實背后有其必然邏輯——被批評者因為維護面子而堅持錯誤。由此不難看出,與批評的客觀性、正確性相比,批評的態(tài)
[Abstract]:Leading criticizing subordinates is an important means to help the subordinates to correct their mistakes and correct their deviations.
