[Abstract]:In terms of the efficiency of the first man in term of office, any one of Wang Cungui's leaders has a process of change and development during his term of office. In terms of his job adaptation, it usually goes through four stages of familiarity, maturity, peak and volatility. This is the goal we are pursuing.
