【摘要】：首先必要承認(rèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)是一種社會(huì)勞動(dòng) ,也創(chuàng)造勞動(dòng)價(jià)值 ;其次 ,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)價(jià)值具有不同于其他生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)的特殊形態(tài)。社會(huì)主義領(lǐng)導(dǎo)價(jià)值的基本表現(xiàn)形態(tài)主要是 :順應(yīng)歷史前進(jìn)方向 ,推動(dòng)社會(huì)更快、更好、更健康地向前發(fā)展 ,以自身的模范作用帶動(dòng)社會(huì)文明 ;第三 ,必須牢固樹立馬克思主義的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)價(jià)值觀 ,即國(guó)家利益、人民利益高于個(gè)人利益的集體主義領(lǐng)導(dǎo)價(jià)值觀。堅(jiān)持這種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)價(jià)值觀 ,是社會(huì)主義領(lǐng)導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)賴以存在的基石 ,是黨群關(guān)系、干群關(guān)系的黏合劑 ,是堅(jiān)持正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方向和道路的方向盤 ,是提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力
[Abstract]:First, it is necessary to admit that leadership activity is a kind of social labor, but also to create labor value; secondly, leadership value has a special form different from other productive labor. The basic forms of expression of socialist leadership value are as follows: conform to the direction of historical advance, promote the society to develop faster, better, and healthily, and promote social civilization with its own exemplary role; third, We must firmly establish the Marxist leading values, that is, the national interests, the interests of the people higher than the individual interests of the collective values of leadership. Adhering to this kind of leadership values is the cornerstone of the existence of the socialist leadership system, the adhesive of the relationship between the Party and the masses, the cadres and the masses, the steering wheel of adhering to the correct direction of leadership and the road, and the internal motive force for improving the efficiency of leadership.
