【摘要】：借鑒數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)的交叉評(píng)價(jià)思想,首先,建立了評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象以"自身優(yōu)勢(shì)最大化"為一致目標(biāo)時(shí)基于交叉評(píng)價(jià)的多屬性決策模型;然后,在重新定義"競(jìng)爭(zhēng)區(qū)間"的概念基礎(chǔ)上,用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)視野優(yōu)化準(zhǔn)則對(duì)模型進(jìn)行修正;最后,通過(guò)具體算例表明,該方法公平地體現(xiàn)了評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象在決策過(guò)程中的"發(fā)言權(quán)"和"能動(dòng)性",保證了決策的公正性.
[Abstract]:Using the idea of data Envelopment Analysis (DEAA) for reference, a multi-attribute decision model based on cross-evaluation is established when the object is consistent with the objective of "maximizing its own advantage". On the basis of redefining the concept of "competition interval", the model is modified by competitive visual field optimization criterion. This method fairly reflects the "voice" and "initiative" of the evaluation object in the decision-making process, and ensures the fairness of the decision.
