【摘要】：科學思維是有效領導的首要條件。各級領導干部要有效領導科學發(fā)展和建設和諧社會,必須具有科學思維。科學思維要以科學發(fā)展觀為導向。科學發(fā)展觀是指導發(fā)展的世界觀和方法論的集中體現(xiàn),是運用馬克思主義的立場觀點方法總結現(xiàn)代化建設的實踐經(jīng)驗得出的對我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展一般規(guī)律認識的成果,是在建設中國特色社會主義道路上推進經(jīng)濟建設、政治建設、文化建設、社會建設必須長期堅持的根本指導方針,是馬克思主義中國化的最新成果。深刻領會科學發(fā)展觀的科學內(nèi)涵離不開科學思維,貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀更離不開科學思維。各級領導干部一定要轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)思維、樹立科學思維、不斷實現(xiàn)領導思維創(chuàng)新,能動地、創(chuàng)造性地推動以人為本、全面協(xié)調(diào)的科學發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Scientific thinking is the primary condition for effective leadership. Leading cadres at all levels must have scientific thinking in order to effectively lead the scientific development and construction of a harmonious society. Scientific thinking should be guided by the scientific concept of development. The scientific concept of development is a concentrated embodiment of the world outlook and methodology to guide development, and a result of understanding of the general laws of economic and social development in our country by summing up the practical experience of modernization by means of the Marxist standpoint. It is the fundamental guiding principle which must be adhered to for a long time in promoting economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction on the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is the latest achievement of Marxism in China. Deep understanding of the scientific connotation of the scientific development concept can not be separated from scientific thinking, and the implementation of the scientific development concept can not be separated from scientific thinking. Leading cadres at all levels must change their traditional thinking, set up scientific thinking, constantly realize the innovation of leadership thinking, and actively and creatively promote the scientific development that is people-oriented and comprehensive and coordinated.
