【摘要】：科學(xué)思維是有效領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的首要條件。各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要有效領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)發(fā)展和建設(shè)和諧社會,必須具有科學(xué)思維�？茖W(xué)思維要以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為導(dǎo)向。科學(xué)發(fā)展觀是指導(dǎo)發(fā)展的世界觀和方法論的集中體現(xiàn),是運(yùn)用馬克思主義的立場觀點(diǎn)方法總結(jié)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)得出的對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展一般規(guī)律認(rèn)識的成果,是在建設(shè)中國特色社會主義道路上推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、社會建設(shè)必須長期堅(jiān)持的根本指導(dǎo)方針,是馬克思主義中國化的最新成果。深刻領(lǐng)會科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵離不開科學(xué)思維,貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀更離不開科學(xué)思維。各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部一定要轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)思維、樹立科學(xué)思維、不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維創(chuàng)新,能動地、創(chuàng)造性地推動以人為本、全面協(xié)調(diào)的科學(xué)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Scientific thinking is the primary condition for effective leadership. Leading cadres at all levels must have scientific thinking in order to effectively lead the scientific development and construction of a harmonious society. Scientific thinking should be guided by the scientific concept of development. The scientific concept of development is a concentrated embodiment of the world outlook and methodology to guide development, and a result of understanding of the general laws of economic and social development in our country by summing up the practical experience of modernization by means of the Marxist standpoint. It is the fundamental guiding principle which must be adhered to for a long time in promoting economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction on the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is the latest achievement of Marxism in China. Deep understanding of the scientific connotation of the scientific development concept can not be separated from scientific thinking, and the implementation of the scientific development concept can not be separated from scientific thinking. Leading cadres at all levels must change their traditional thinking, set up scientific thinking, constantly realize the innovation of leadership thinking, and actively and creatively promote the scientific development that is people-oriented and comprehensive and coordinated.
