【摘要】：正 思維和視野是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人個(gè)人素質(zhì)構(gòu)成中的重要因素。要加強(qiáng)和改善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),要提高黨的執(zhí)政水平和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)水平,首先、并且最終是通過(guò)提高和優(yōu)化各地、各級(jí)、各單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的素養(yǎng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的思維與視野能否跟上和適應(yīng)快速變化的世界、能否去促進(jìn)和優(yōu)化內(nèi)外領(lǐng)導(dǎo)環(huán)境的變化軌跡,將從一定程度上決定他們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為的效率和質(zhì)量。因此,跨世紀(jì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人思維與視野的應(yīng)有特征,是一個(gè)值得討論的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Positive thinking and vision are important factors in the formation of leaders' personal qualities. To strengthen and improve the leadership of the Party, to improve the Party's ruling level and leadership level, first of all, and ultimately through improving and optimizing the quality of the leaders of all levels and units. Whether the thinking and vision of leaders at all levels can keep up with and adapt to the rapidly changing world and whether they can promote and optimize the changing track of internal and external leadership environment will determine to a certain extent the efficiency and quality of their leadership behavior. Therefore, the cross-century leadership thinking and vision should be characterized, is a practical issue worthy of discussion.
