【摘要】：本文對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定 ,據(jù)此提出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)具有非模式化、直覺性、隨機(jī)性、創(chuàng)造性、適度性、多變性、情感性和模糊性八個(gè)特點(diǎn) ,并結(jié)合目前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)的實(shí)踐 ,重點(diǎn)分析了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)的規(guī)范性內(nèi)容和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)的表現(xiàn)形式 ,認(rèn)為熟悉這些內(nèi)容和形式 ,并在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐中融匯貫通 ,方能提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)水平
[Abstract]:This paper defines the connotation of leadership art, and points out that leadership art has eight characteristics: non-pattern, intuition, randomness, creativity, moderation, variability, affective and fuzziness.Combined with the practice of the current leadership activities, the paper analyzes the normative content of the leadership art and the expression form of the leadership art, and thinks that it is possible to improve the level of the leadership art by being familiar with these contents and forms and integrating them in the leadership practice.
