【摘要】：正有道是:成功見修養(yǎng),失敗顯真功。面對(duì)失敗,有的人失魂落魄,一敗涂地;有的人滿腹牢騷,怨天尤人;有的人怒發(fā)沖冠,困獸猶斗;有的人則一走了之,逃之夭夭。而有的人失敗不言敗,失敗不甘敗,把失敗當(dāng)機(jī)遇,轉(zhuǎn)禍而為福,因敗而成功。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者當(dāng)從中有所借鑒。失敗不失智賈詡是東漢末至三國(guó)時(shí)期曹魏的著名謀士、軍事戰(zhàn)略家,也是曹魏的開國(guó)功臣。賈詡先后在董卓、牛輔和段煨手下謀事,后又投奔了張繡。公元198年,曹操南征張繡,包圍了張繡據(jù)守的穰城。不久,曹操聞袁紹欲乘虛襲取許都,便立即從穰城
