【摘要】：按信息是否完備，，決策可以分為設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)和選擇活動(dòng)。在并行工程多學(xué)科工作小組中，這兩種活動(dòng)總是在不斷交替進(jìn)行。個(gè)人有限的認(rèn)知能力與復(fù)雜多變的環(huán)境之間的沖突是設(shè)計(jì)中的主要問題。因此，對(duì)小組決策的支持一方面要有信息系統(tǒng)來擴(kuò)展成員的認(rèn)知能力，另一方面需要有有效的決策機(jī)制來保障成員決策的一致性。文中最后給出了幾種優(yōu)化多學(xué)科工作小組設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)的群決策機(jī)制
[Abstract]:According to whether the information is complete, the decision can be divided into design activities and selection activities.In the multi-disciplinary working group of concurrent engineering, these two kinds of activities are always alternating.The conflict between individual's limited cognitive ability and complex and changeable environment is the main problem in design.Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to have information system to expand the cognitive ability of the members, and on the other hand, an effective decision-making mechanism is needed to ensure the consistency of the decision making of the members.At the end of the paper, several group decision making mechanisms for optimizing the design activities of multidisciplinary working groups are given.
