【摘要】:每到年末歲首,各部門(mén)、各單位都要按照慣例進(jìn)行年終總結(jié)和考評(píng),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部還要作述職報(bào)告。然而,在一些地方和單位,逐漸把這種必要的工作形式弄成了形式主義,變成了不得不走的過(guò)場(chǎng)。如何避免這一不良傾向,使述職報(bào)告和年終考評(píng)真正取得實(shí)效?基于這一考慮,本刊特約請(qǐng)幾位作者撰文對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題作一探討。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of each year at the end of each year, all departments and units should carry out year-end reviews and appraisals in accordance with the usual practice, and leading cadres should make reports on their duties. However, in some localities and units, this necessary form of work has gradually become formalistic. It has become a foregone conclusion. How to avoid this undesirable tendency so that the reporting report and the year-end review will really be effective? Based on this consideration, we have invited several authors to write about this problem.
