【摘要】：當好副職對推動領導班子建設做好各項工作具有重要積極意義。副職要以人民的根本利益為重,以事業(yè)發(fā)展為重,在領導活動中要找準自己的位置,演好自己的角色,不斷強化位置意識和角色理念,立足本職崗位作貢獻。
[Abstract]:Serving as deputy posts is of great significance in promoting the construction of leading groups and doing a good job.Deputy posts should focus on the fundamental interests of the people and the development of their career. They should find their own position in leadership activities, play their own roles, constantly strengthen their awareness of position and role concept, and make contributions to their own posts.
