【摘要】：針對群決策問題,提出了一種基于群體一致性強度的虛擬專家意見逐步集結(jié)規(guī)劃的方法。首先將兩個專家的偏好信息集結(jié)為序關(guān)系值向量,將該次集結(jié)結(jié)果作為一個"虛擬專家"給出的判斷信息,然后吸收下一個專家的意見成為新的虛擬專家,依此類推,直到最后一個專家參與決策。引入虛擬專家的群體一致性強度保證群體結(jié)果趨向一致,其中一致性強度和虛擬專家的權(quán)重依賴于所包含的個體專家的人數(shù)。個體人數(shù)越多一致性強度和權(quán)重就越大,從而體現(xiàn)了少數(shù)服從多數(shù)的原則。該方法將多專家的復(fù)雜群決策問題轉(zhuǎn)化為低復(fù)雜度的多階段二人決策問題,并保證了群體結(jié)果的一致性。最后,通過一個算例驗證了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of group decision-making, puts forward a method of virtual expert judgment based on group consistency intensity gradually concentrated planning. First preference information of the two experts gathered for ordering vector, the gathering as a result of judgment information is a "virtual expert", and absorb the next expert opinion a new virtual experts, and so on, until the end of an expert to participate in decision making. Strength of group consensus virtual expert group to ensure consistent results, the number of individual experts the weight consistency depends on the strength and virtual experts included. The individual number consistency strength and weight is bigger, so embodies the principle of majority rule. The method of complex multi expert group decision problem is transformed into the multi stage low complexity two decision problems, and ensure the consistency of the results of the group. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method.
