【摘要】：基于環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的時(shí)空性，指出經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并非是點(diǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而是區(qū)域性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并從闡明環(huán)保投資與環(huán)境質(zhì)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間關(guān)系特征出發(fā)，提出經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，，給出了依據(jù)這一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的輔助決策模型用于分析不同時(shí)空的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題．
[Abstract]:Based on the space-time nature of the coordinated development of environment and economy, this paper points out that the standard of coordination between economy and environment is not a point standard but a regional standard, and starts from clarifying the characteristics of the relationship between environmental protection investment and environmental quality and economic development. The economic environment coordination standard is put forward and the auxiliary decision model based on this standard is given to analyze the economic environment coordination problem in different time and space.
