【摘要】:在當(dāng)今競爭極其激烈的時(shí)代,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力成為企業(yè)競爭力的重要來源,對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力進(jìn)行可量化評估的重要性便凸顯出來。通過闡述領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力及其評估的重要性,論述了既有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力評估的方法和模型,包括傳統(tǒng)評估法、360度評估法、自我評估法、評估中心法、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力效力法和加里.尤克爾的三變量模型,認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力評估還沒有建立起一個(gè)完整的體系,此方面研究還有待深入。
[Abstract]:In the era of intense competition, leadership has become an important source of enterprise competitiveness, and the importance of quantifiable evaluation of leadership is highlighted by elaborating the importance of leadership and its evaluation. This paper discusses the existing methods and models of leadership assessment, including the traditional evaluation method of 360 degrees, the self-evaluation method, the evaluation center method, the leadership effectiveness method and Gary Yucker's three-variable model. It is concluded that leadership assessment has not yet established a complete system, and this research needs to be further studied.
