【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)角色定位可以從四個(gè)方面加以規(guī)定 :領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的職權(quán)職責(zé)定位 ,是主仆一體 ;實(shí)踐分工定位 ,是重在運(yùn)籌 ;工作要領(lǐng)定位 ,是普特結(jié)合 ;組織結(jié)構(gòu)定位 ,是鏈條之環(huán)。全面理解這個(gè)定位 ,可以更好地深化角色認(rèn)知 ,培養(yǎng)角色自覺 ,樹立公仆意識(shí) ,鑄造領(lǐng)導(dǎo)品格。
[Abstract]:The orientation of leadership role can be defined from four aspects: the position of leader's authority and duty is the integration of master and servant, the orientation of practical division of labor is the key to operation, the orientation of work essentials is the combination of Putte, the orientation of organizational structure, Comprehensive understanding of this orientation can better deepen role cognition, cultivate role consciousness, establish public servant consciousness, and cast leadership character.
