【摘要】：本文通過(guò)在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以中國(guó)一元哲學(xué)理論精髓為基石,從中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)思想流派中選取了具有代表性的四個(gè)思想流派,對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論進(jìn)行分析與研究,總結(jié)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論的優(yōu)勢(shì)。并試圖將中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論與西方最新的價(jià)值觀為本的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論進(jìn)行整合,期望能為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論研究的創(chuàng)新提供啟示,同時(shí)為各行業(yè)的管理者提供一條解決領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力行之有效的途徑與實(shí)踐方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant studies at home and abroad, this paper selects four representative schools of thought from Chinese traditional schools of thought, based on the essence of Chinese monistic philosophy theory. This paper analyzes and studies the Chinese traditional leadership theory, summarizes the advantages of the Chinese traditional leadership theory, and attempts to integrate the Chinese traditional leadership theory with the latest western value-based leadership theory. It is expected to provide inspiration for the innovation of leadership theory research and an effective way and practical method to solve leadership problems for managers in various industries.
