【摘要】：正管理是實(shí)現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)目的的重要手段和途徑,因此,管理得好壞直接影響領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作的成效。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)有效管理?完善管理形態(tài)是實(shí)現(xiàn)有效管理的基礎(chǔ)性工作。所謂管理形態(tài),就是在管理過程中,人們認(rèn)識、規(guī)范和實(shí)踐管理的活動結(jié)果的表現(xiàn)(陳勝法:《管理形態(tài)初探》,《管理工程師》1997年第6期)。管理形態(tài)從低級向高級、從不成熟向比較成熟轉(zhuǎn)化進(jìn)步,呈階段性向前發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。成熟完善的管理形態(tài)是管理工作的最高境界。根據(jù)整體性原理,管理過程的實(shí)現(xiàn)需要計劃、指揮、組織、
