【摘要】：通過形式化的模型,利用馬爾可夫鏈過程描述企業(yè)知識(shí)狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)移,通過對(duì)不同知識(shí)戰(zhàn)略變化的凈現(xiàn)值比較,得出知識(shí)戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)劣.從柔性的時(shí)間維度與范圍維度研究企業(yè)在3類不同知識(shí)狀態(tài)下,所采用的知識(shí)狀態(tài)變化的戰(zhàn)略決策.
[Abstract]:Through the formal model, the Markov chain process is used to describe the transfer of enterprise knowledge state, and the net present value of different knowledge strategy changes is compared. The advantages and disadvantages of knowledge strategy are obtained. The strategic decision of the change of knowledge state adopted by enterprises under three different knowledge states is studied from the flexible time dimension and scope dimension.
