下屬追隨力形成的心理因素及提升之道

【摘要】:正如何激發(fā)下屬的追隨力,無疑是領導者要思考的問題。從某種意義上說,領導力即是領導者激發(fā)下屬追隨力的能力。領導者的領導力和下屬的追隨力是互為印證的。一、追隨者與肯定者、附庸者人們的行動都是在一定的意識支配下產生的。下屬對領導的追隨,既包含下屬對領導者在主觀方面的積極認同,又包含下屬支持領導的一系列實際行動?梢,追隨者不同于簡單的肯定者,因為肯定者只是單純的立場上的認同,而不一定伴有實際的支持行為。追隨者亦不同于純粹的附庸者,因為附庸者常常在態(tài)度方面缺乏積極主動性,有時是由于情勢或利益所迫不得不做出臣服姿態(tài),在實際中也很難產生具體有力的支持行為。
[Abstract]:It is undoubtedly a question for leaders to think about how to motivate their followers. In a sense, leadership is the ability of a leader to inspire his followers. The leadership of the leader and the follower of the subordinate are mutually attested to each other. The actions of followers and admirers and adjuncts are all produced under the control of certain consciousness. The subordinates' followings to the leaders include the active identification of the subordinates to the leaders in the subjective aspect. It also includes a series of practical actions by subordinates to support leadership. It can be seen that followers are different from simple positives, because the positives are just simple positions of approval. It is not necessarily accompanied by actual supportive behavior. Followers are also different from pure vassals, because they often lack active and active attitude, sometimes forced by circumstances or interests to make submissive gestures. In practice, it is also difficult to produce concrete supportive behavior.
